In this experience I will show you how by devoting only 15 minutes to the preparation of each individual dish you can prepare healthy and tasty food, and I will give you pointers on how to equip your kitchen with the few suitable and necessary tools for successful cooking. If you think you are unable to prepare wholesome food with your own hands or do not have enough time to devote to cooking this is the experience for you.
