Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Decorated shortbread biscuits
  • Fruit juices

A creative and fun experience, designed for adults and children alike, to share the pleasure of cooking together, amidst the aroma of freshly baked biscuits and the joy of letting your imagination run wild.

We’ll roll out the shortcrust pastry, choosing from a wide range of cutters to create original and delicious biscuits. Whilst they’re baking, we’ll discover how to make the perfect royal icing to decorate them. Then it’s time to get creative: colours, imagination and decorations will transform every biscuit into a little work of art – unique and ready to be savoured! During the workshop, there’ll be a refreshing break with fruit juices to recharge our batteries and carry on having fun together.

We had such a fun time cooking with Elisa. We booked a private session and brought along our 2 year old and they were very nice and patient with him, even setting a little table with a coloring book for him and letting him help with the cooking. Elisa is a great teacher and the food was delicious. Her mom and dad joined us too and we had great conversation while eating. Worth every penny - thank you Elisa for all the hard work!

My passion for cooking began with flour and sugar, when baking was my way of finding comfort and lifting my spirits. That simple habit soon grew into a deeper curiosity, leading me to study cooking and earn a professional qualification as a chef. For a few years, I set that path aside to work in software and office environments, but today I have chosen to return to the kitchen with a renewed sense of purpose. I am very precise and love taking care of every detail, from preparation to plating. I enjoy experimenting with unusual combinations, inspired by my travels, by spices and techniques from around the world, and by my roots and our vegetable garden, which I cultivate with my partner. When the garden is especially generous, I turn the harvest into homemade preserves and preparations to enjoy over time. For me, cooking means combining precision, creativity, travel and the scent of the earth.
