My passion for cooking began with flour and sugar, when baking was my way of finding comfort and lifting my spirits. That simple habit soon grew into a deeper curiosity, leading me to study cooking and earn a professional qualification as a chef. For a few years, I set that path aside to work in software and office environments, but today I have chosen to return to the kitchen with a renewed sense of purpose.I am very precise and love taking care of every detail, from preparation to plating. I enjoy experimenting with unusual combinations, inspired by my travels, by spices and techniques from around the world, and by my roots and our vegetable garden, which I cultivate with my partner. When the garden is especially generous, I turn the harvest into homemade preserves and preparations to enjoy over time.For me, cooking means combining precision, creativity, travel and the scent of the earth.
