Hi from Rosa Maria & Simona!
Since 2018, I have been a Cesarina in Palermo, and because my children live in Milan, I decided to open my home there as well, along with my daughter Simona. Simona and I share a passion for cooking, and together we will prepare traditional dishes from our home region of Sicily, such as *busiate* and *cavatelli*, as well as Lombard dishes like pumpkin tortelli and tagliatelle with seasonal ingredients. We will also make Sicilian desserts based on ricotta, such as cannoli and cassata, and a unique version of tiramisù, passed down to us by a chef friend from Treviso, the birthplace of this recipe.

- We had a great experience with Rosa Maria and Simona I cooking class. We had wanted a classic Milanese meal. We made Osso Bucco, rosotto and tiramisu at Rosa’ charming home. It Rosa was very organized and gave clear instructions. We definitely feel we can make it at home. Most importantly it was delicious. We would definitely recommend the class.
- A cooking class with a cozy atmosphere. The 1 on 1 guidance made the step by step pasta making easy to follow. We got materials to take home to make my own pasta!
