Rosa Maria & Simona
Since 2018, I have been a Cesarina in Palermo, and because my children live in Milan, I decided to open my home there as well, along with my daughter Simona. Simona and I share a passion for cooking, and together we will prepare traditional dishes from our home region of Sicily, such as *busiate* and *cavatelli*, as well as Lombard dishes like pumpkin tortelli and tagliatelle with seasonal ingredients. We will also make Sicilian desserts based on ricotta, such as cannoli and cassata, and a unique version of tiramisù, passed down to us by a chef friend from Treviso, the birthplace of this recipe.

- We had such a wonderful experience with Rosa Maria. She was so friendly and welcoming, we learned how to make 2 types of homemade pasta and sauce as well as parfait. I can’t wait to go home and make everything for my friends! I highly recommend her class! Not to be missed!
