Hi from Paolo!

I enjoy cooking regional dishes, especially those from Italian tradition. I love experimenting and tend to prefer rustic dishes, with a particular focus on pasta and meat, which are my favorites. I can’t overlook risottos, another one of my passions. Besides savory dishes, I also like baking desserts such as apple cake and torta paradiso.
