"I have always been passionate about cooking and I was a competitor of Masterchef 7. Contradicting my shy nature, I felt pushed to confront this aggressive culinary experience from my ex mother-in-law: when we invited her to lunch she would bring the schiscetta. With Le Cesarine I propose my ideal of cooking as a gesture of daily care for the people I love and I keep the home recipes of my grandmothers alive; they have taken care of me and have taught me that good food cannot be done without good ingredients and I want share this message with those who would like to come and mess around in my vintage style kitchen. Every now and then I give myself a license and indulge my creativity more ".

Our pasta-making experience with Manuela was truly incredible and one of the highlights of our trip to Milan. From the moment we arrived, Manuela welcomed us warmly into her home, immediately making us feel like we were visiting an old friend. She guided us through the preparation of three delicious, authentic Milanese pasta dishes—lasagna, ravioli, and tagliatelle—all while sharing her deep knowledge of local culinary traditions and culture. We left with full stomachs, great memories, and a deeper appreciation for Milanese cuisine. Highly recommend this unforgettable experience!

Great tour of Milan, and incredible food. Great to learn about the city from a local and go to places I wouldn't even think to go on my own. Definitely don't eat breakfast before the tour, trust me you'll want to save room.
