In my dishes, I see the smiles of my grandmothers and my mother, as a child I watched the wisdom of their hands kneading. My recipes are genuine and blend tradition with my curiosity for tastes and experimental pairings, with a particularly strong connection to the place where I was born and raised: Valtellina. My husband and I had a fantastic time learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with Andrea! He was an excellent teacher and made the class really fun and easy to understand despite us having no prior experience. He prepared and served us delicious bread and Prosecco during food prep. We don’t know how the 3 hours flew by so fast! Highly recommend booking this experience with him!

We did our cooking experience with the lovely Andrea yesterday. It was a wonderful experience from start to end, the hospitality we were given right from the start was amazing. His expertise and passion on food was such a joy to hear. We did the classic version of tiramisu, and he also did a quick alternative for me (as I don’t like coffee) but he insisted I should try it differently. I appreciated it and was not expecting it as I went there to learn the correct way. :) then we did the pasta recipes and although they looked very simple the taste were exquisite! Will definitely try all recipes back home. We entered as strangers but left there as friends! Totally recommend Andrea and it’s a must if you are looking for genuine and a memorable experience! *****

Andrea ci ha regalato un’esperienza unica, accogliendoci nella sua casa e guidandoci con passione nella preparazione di piatti tipici dell’eccellenza italiana: tagliatelle, ravioli e tiramisu. La bravura di Andrea è stata proprio quella di entrare subito in sintonia con noi, di farci sentire a nostro agio, di abbattere il muro della formalità, di arricchire le nostre conoscenze culinarie ma soprattutto il nostro bagaglio di vita tra chiacchiere e risate. Il risultato delle nostre creazioni è stato strepitoso! Abbiamo cenato insieme condividendo tempo prezioso di qualità e gustandoci le nostre tagliatelle con sugo di pomodoro, ravioli con ripieno di zucca e tiramisu! Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo prosecco e chiudendo in bellezza con una piacevole scoperta, un delicato liquore fatto dalla mamma di Andrea con foglie di ciliegie tipico della tradizione valtellinese. È stato un piacere ed un onore conoscere Andrea, faremo sicuramente tesoro di questa esperienza che ha fatto bene al nostro palato e al nostro cuore e la custodiremo nei nostri ricordi! Consigliamo vivamente questo momento speciale a chi desidera sperimentare, divertirsi ed emozionarsi!

Andrea was the most wonderful host and cooking teacher. We had a great time learning how to make tagliatelle from scratch, cacio e Pepe, and tiramisu. Our creations were delicious and it was so fun learning how to make everything and chatting with Andrea. He also shared recommendations for our few days in Milan. My family and I 100% recommend him and would definitely learn to cook more dishes from him again. Andrea is amazing and it is truly evident that he loves to share his passion for cooking with others.
