One of my greatest passions is cooking. For me, preparing dishes means delighting those who taste them, thinking about what they might enjoy, and creating something special to make them feel good. It’s my way of expressing myself—something that completes me and truly represents who I am.I love presenting traditional dishes, and when I do, I follow the recipes carefully, because that’s the only way to truly appreciate their value. At the same time, I enjoy experimenting with the ingredients I have on hand, in the pantry or fridge, creating meals that are always tasty and different. I believe even the simplest dishes can become special when you choose quality ingredients with care.Soon, I will be taking an introductory wine course to further enrich my knowledge and improve my ability to pair dishes and flavors.
