My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

- This was my family’s highlight of our trip. Both Enrico and his wife were so fun to be around and talk to. They were very hospitable, sharing more than just food they shared stories, drinks, and recommendations. And the food tasted an amazing, our favorite meal we had and the experience learning how to make gnocchi was unforgettable. Overall it was amazing, I would recommend this experience to anyone!
- A fantastic culinary journey one could ever have for those who wants to experience local culture, simple yet fresh ingredients and splendid home food from a local Italian home. Enrico and his wife have been amazing hosts, giving an intriguing hands-on experience for my two boys (7 and 8 years old) on making pasta from scratch. Their warm hospitality and Enrico’s passion to culinary have made this experience an extra memorable one.
- We spent the most delightful and delicious evening with Enrico and his beautiful wife. Enrico is amazingly knowledgeable about Italian cuisine and so much more. He not only prepared a fabulous dinner for us but also taught us so much about Italy. I have cooked for many years and am a recipe developer myself. - Enrico and Christina were fabulous hosts. Enrico knows so much about the local cuisine and professional cooking techniques. The osso buco with risotto and the tiramisu were the best we’ve ever eaten and now we know how to make it ourselves. Thank you for showing us how to make a wonderful, local home cooked meal with fresh ingredients.
