Hi from Enrico!

My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’.  I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

Take. This. Class! Enrico and his wife are so welcoming and kind, and if you're interested in learning how to make pasta this is a must. My husband and I had been making pasta at home for awhile, but relied on a cook book to teach us. While the book has some great recipes and *tells* you how to make pasta, after our class with Enrico it's clear that nothing beats learning from a pro. I was always so concerned that every step had to be perfect, but when we messed up he told us (me, haha) there's no need to stress about it. And he was right, everything turned out wonderful—and we learned some great new shapes and techniques at the same time. It was a wonderful experience and we'd recommend it for everyone!
