My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’.  I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

We spent the most delightful and delicious evening with Enrico and his beautiful wife. Enrico is amazingly knowledgeable about Italian cuisine and so much more. He not only prepared a fabulous dinner for us but also taught us so much about Italy. I have cooked for many years and am a recipe developer myself. I highly recommend taking a class with Enrico - it will be a highlight of your visit to Italy!

Enrico and Christina were fabulous hosts. Enrico knows so much about the local cuisine and professional cooking techniques. The osso buco with risotto and the tiramisu were the best we’ve ever eaten and now we know how to make it ourselves. Thank you for showing us how to make a wonderful, local home cooked meal with fresh ingredients.

Today we spent time with a lovely couple Enrico and Cristina in their home learning to make Enrico’s grandmother recipe of Ossobuco (beef), saffron risotto and tiramisu. The food was so good plus we also learned variations we could do when making these foods when we return home. It was a fun experience learning something new, learning about their lives and Milanese foods. This was my first cooking class while traveling and will certainly do it again with Cesarine because Enrico spoke highly of the company.

First of all, thanks to Simona and Viviana for gifting this experience to Mariagrazia and me. GENIUS! Enrico and Cristina are two excellent hosts who make you feel immediately at ease. Enrico, a man of the world, shared pearls of wisdom and culinary tips between kneading the dough and shaping the gnocchi. He guided us step by step, explaining the techniques and cooking methods. Our zucchini and speck gnocchi will go down in history as "ugly, but tasty." But that's okay, we will refine our technique. It is an experience I recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few hours in good company, learning how to prepare something delicious. We tried it at home and the result was a winner!
