My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

- My husband and I had a great time learning the traditional Milanese recipes from Enrico. We feel very confidant making this meal back at home for friends! The food was so delicious and Enrico and his wife were very friendly and inviting.
- We had a wonderful time with Enrico and Cristina, made all the more special because Enrico was able to accommodate a sulfite intolerance and share how to make his wonderful cuisine with beer instead of wine. Delicious!

They were very hospitable, sharing more than just food they shared stories, drinks, and recommendations. - A fantastic culinary journey one could ever have for those who wants to experience local culture, simple yet fresh ingredients and splendid home food from a local Italian home. Enrico and his wife have been amazing hosts, giving an intriguing hands-on experience for my two boys (7 and 8 years old) on making pasta from scratch. Their warm hospitality and Enrico’s passion to culinary have made this experience an extra memorable one.

He not only prepared a fabulous dinner for us but also taught us so much about Italy. I have cooked for many years and am a recipe developer myself.
