My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

- We had a wonderful time with Enrico! We requested a gluten free pasta class & he delivered an amazing experience and a phenomenal meal. Not only did we learn to make gf pasta, we also enjoyed the opportunity to get known Enrico a bit and we enjoyed our conversations with him. Highly recommend!!!

- What a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful and inviting home that immediately made us feel comfortable. The conversation flowed easily, and it felt like spending time with old friends while learning something new. We picked up so many useful cooking tips and truly learned a lot throughout the class. The food we prepared was absolutely amazing—delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. More than just a cooking class, it was an evening of great company, laughter, and memories. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Milan!
- The pizza cooking class was amazing! Enrico and Christina welcomed us into their home and we learned how to make a tasty tiramisu and Italian pizza ( and drank some wine as well 😊). Enrico shared stories of his family, and Italy and its food/wine. We all got hands-on experience and will be bringing it back home! Highly recommend.
- If we could give them 10 stars we would! Dinner with Enrico P and his lovely wife Christine was amazing! The evening exceeded our expectations not only in the food, but the experience and conversation! If you are in Milan you must do this dinner experience!
