Dear Pasta Lovers, come to learn recipes to make your own pasta and delicious meals at home. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to prepare authentic pasta dishes and the traditional tiramisù dessert. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe booklet. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny we can eat on the balcony.

- Ho partecipato al corso di pasta fresca, guidato da Enrico, con l’aiuto della moglie, e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero unica. Insieme alla mia amica, abbiamo imparato non solo a preparare la pasta a mano, ma anche a realizzare svariati sughi, utilizzando materie prime di ottima qualità. Enrico è stato paziente e gentile, e la sua famiglia ci ha accolto con calore, facendoci sentire come a casa. Un aspetto particolarmente piacevole è stato il momento in cui abbiamo condiviso il pasto tutti insieme, con chiacchiere che spaziavano dalla cucina, ai nostri percorsi personali e professionali, fino alla politica e ad altri argomenti. È stato un vero momento di condivisione, arricchito da un tocco di convivialità, con un finale piacevole tra vino e risate. In sintesi, è stata un’esperienza molto istruttiva e al tempo stesso calorosa, che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia avvicinarsi al mondo della pasta fatta in casa.

- I cannot recommend Enrico & Cristina enough! They were FANTASTIC hosts, teaching us to make pasta and wonderful tips and tricks for delicious meals. I didn’t know making pasta would be so much fun!!! If you are looking for an unforgettable cooking experience in Milan, you will NOT be disappointed!!!
