Dear Pasta Lovers, come to learn recipes to make your own pasta and delicious meals at home. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to prepare authentic pasta dishes and the traditional tiramisù dessert. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe booklet. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny we can eat on the balcony.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Enrico and Cristina, who created a cozy and inviting atmosphere with their passion and hospitality. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect pasta. And as the cherry on top, we also made a delicious tiramisu. The guidance was excellent, the ingredients were fresh, and the entire experience felt like we were part of an Italian family for a day. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
