Dear Pasta Lovers, come to learn recipes to make your own pasta and delicious meals at home. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to prepare authentic pasta dishes and the traditional tiramisù dessert. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe booklet. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny we can eat on the balcony.

Enrico y su esposa, nos han engreído mucho con su actitud positiva y simpática. Hemos pasado unas horas juntos, sintiéndonos como amigos de visita en su casa. Las recetas, comidas que hemos preparado, Enrico nos explicó con mucha paciencia y exactitud. Las comidas han salido deliciosad, con ingredientes de alta calidad. Damos las gracias a Enrico por habernos hecho pasar una experiencia de curso comida Italiana fantástica!!!

Esperienza davvero piacevole! Enrico e Cristina ci hanno accolto con un grande sorriso e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo istante. Il corso è stato molto utile, i suggerimenti e i consigli di Enrico sono stati preziosi e finalmente sono riuscita a fare dei gnocchi soffici e buonissimi (il mio piatto tabu’ da sempre!!). E nel contempo è stato come trascorrere una mezza giornata a casa di amici chiacchierando di cucina e di viaggi. Super consigliato!

Amazing!! We came as a family of 6 and had the most incredible experience with Enrico. He is such a nice guy, welcoming, friendly and most importantly- an amazing cook! He firstly gave us a tour around the local market where he taught us about seasonal and local ingredients and where we also bought some to cook with later. We then headed to his home, where his welcoming wife greeted us. I had previously selected the menu with him (he was always very accommodating) so that it would match our family’s food restrictions - and it turned better than we imagined. Every single dish wash fantastic, the recipes and tips he shared with us are some we will take back home. The cooking experience itself was super fun and we really got to work hard! Everything was impeccably clean, the ingredients and materials were top quality and it really felt like being at home with good friends. We then had lunch altogether and had a good laugh sharing stories with Enrico and Cristina. I would totally recommend you book this experience with the Cesarine Enrico!

Posto super carino, accogliente. Cibo delizioso, assolutamente squisito, avrei voluto avere due stomaci solo per continuare a mangiare. Anche se sei una persona un po' timida che sta sulle sue ti mettono subito a proprio agio. Ambiente pulito. Non trovo un solo difetto, se non che fuori pioveva, ma come ben capite non può dipendere da Enrico e la sua compagna, persone squisite quasi come la cena

After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
