Pizza for me is an authentic ritual. Every Saturday, I spend time preparing it for my family or friends. Everyone has their own taste, and we often have fun experimenting with new and tasty versions, in addition to the classic focaccia and Margherita pizza.

During my class, I will share simple tricks for making perfect hand dough and achieving a flawless rise. My pizza is baked in my home oven, making it accessible for everyone to replicate at home. It will be a fun and delicious experience that I look forward to sharing with you!

My cuisine is very varied and creative. I love making fresh pasta or egg pasta in all its formats and cooking it with simple sauces, seasonal ingredients and Italian and Mediterranean flavours. I have a lot of dexterity and also a lot of patience, so I enjoy experimenting with original ravioli closures or colored pasta, indulging all my imagination. I enjoy making savory pies, delicious aperitifs and creating recipes with what's in the fridge
