Would you like to discover Milan with something simple, delicious, and truly Italian? I welcome you into my kitchen with a grand apero where you will learn to cook meatballs following my grandma’s secret recipe!
We will make three recipes: my grandmother's meatballs with sauce, soft and juicy; eggplant balls with garlic sauce, light and fragrant; and another recipe for vegetarian balls with seasonal vegetables.
It's a relaxed moment to get to know each other, chat, and begin to discover Italian home cooking, accompanied by a glass of wine and the welcoming atmosphere of an authentic Milanese kitchen. Before the experience, I will contact you to check for any allergies or preferences, including if you would like the vegetarian version.
