Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
We will make different doughs with natural raw materials, such as spinach for green dough, beet for fuchsia dough, squid ink for black dough, saffron and turmeric for yellow dough, tomato paste for orange dough, etc.
Then we will roll the dough and compose it to make different, nice and creative designs, we will have fun guided by our creativity and experimenting. In the case of ravioli we will prepare the filling according to the ingredient that colors the dough and the seasonality (usually ravioli are made with cheese and vegetable filling, so vegetarian), cook them and taste them together.

Marina
Cesarina from 2023Location: Milan Languages: Italian and EnglishMy cuisine is very varied and creative. I love making fresh pasta or egg pasta in all its formats and cooking it with simple sauces, seasonal ingredients and Italian and Mediterranean flavours. I have a lot of dexterity and also a lot of patience, so I enjoy experimenting with original ravioli closures or colored pasta, indulging all my imagination. I enjoy making savory pies, delicious aperitifs and creating recipes with what's in the fridge
