This experience is ideal for those who have little time but want to learn how to prepare a menu with typical Italian recipes. You will be welcomed in our house in the center of Milan, a few steps from the Cenacolo Vinciano, with a glass of prosecco and an aperitif made with local products. We will guide you step by step in the preparation of a risotto of your choice: with saffron or, if in season, with pumpkin. You will also learn the secrets for a soft and delicious tiramisu. Amid music, merriment and good wine, we will enjoy the prepared dishes together and provide you with detailed recipes to replicate them at home. A special time to experience and remember.

- It was such a wonderful experience with Silvia and Antonio 👩🏻🍳👨🏻🍳✨ My husband and I are from Saudi Arabia, and we booked this cooking class through the platform. We truly enjoyed every moment! - Event: Team building for 6 colleagues in 3 different offices after a conference. We did an evening cooking lesson with Silvia and Antonio after a week long conference where we were all very tired. Walking into the apartment, we were immediately warmly greeted by Silvia and a glass of Prosecco which was perfect after long days of meetings. The apartment is warm, colorful and totally cool And we loved being there talking. The cooking lesson itself was so much fun- we learned to make a pasta carbonara and a tiramisu for dessert. We had a vegetarian in our group so Silvia and Antonio were able to show us a version without meat. Antonio is a fantastic chef and guide, very thorough showing us all the little tricks to making the sauce and cooking the perfect pasta. We had a wonderful dinner, eating talking, drinking wine. It was as though we were with old friends. We all had the best evening and would highly recommend this event to anyone: colleagues, friends, family.

Appetizing appetizers and a good glass of prosecco will help "warm up the atmosphere." Our guests will enjoy traditional Italian dishes, sharing joyful hours with us in our home full of vibrant colors, lights, and music.
