This experience is ideal for those who have little time but want to learn how to prepare a menu with typical Italian recipes. You will be welcomed in our house in the center of Milan, a few steps from the Cenacolo Vinciano, with a glass of prosecco and an aperitif made with local products. We will guide you step by step in the preparation of a risotto of your choice: with saffron or, if in season, with pumpkin. You will also learn the secrets for a soft and delicious tiramisu. Amid music, merriment and good wine, we will enjoy the prepared dishes together and provide you with detailed recipes to replicate them at home. A special time to experience and remember.

- Very warm welcome after a last-minute booking. Great experience steeped in Italian culture within a lovely, authentic setting. We had a lot of fun cooking typical and delicious dishes. Silvia is an enthusiastic host who enjoys sharing her love of Italian cuisine. We look forward to returning soon!
- We had a really great time with Silvia and Antonio. Our cooking class was in Silvia’s beautiful home. Their hospitality was fantastic. Antonio set about putting us to work in the kitchen starting with the Tiramisu as it needed to chill. Then we dived into making the Carbonara. The event concluded with us sitting together in her beautiful dinning room consuming the fantastic food and enjoying wonderful conversation. We would highly recommend this experience. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel completely at home and ready to cook. Antonio is a truly exceptional chef and teacher. He guided us step by step through the preparation of saffron risotto and tiramisu', explaining each tecnique with clarity, patience and sense of humour. The food was delicious . We highly recommend this experience to any body visiting Milan.

- With great thanks to Silvia & Antonio we enjoyed a great evening with classic Risotto Milanese and Tiramisu. The chef was illustrating all well and we merely had to savour the dishes. As hosts there are likely only a few people as entertaining as Silvia !
