Your experience
  • Baked pears with Gorgonzola cheese, honey and nuts
  • Pumpkin flan
  • Valtellina’s Taroz (mashed potatoes with green beans, cheese and butter)
  • Bresaola
  • Baked tomatoes soup with burrata and basil

The solution to all problems looks like a couple of prosecco in good company."

Italy, Milan and our tradition of the aperitivo: a break at the end of the day, an "amuse-bouche" before dinner, which often turns into dinner itself. A tradition that is now a must for us Italians as well as for tourists who come to visit our country. In this course we will prepare together delicious and easy-to-make dishes, accompanied by a good glass of wine or prosecco, in the cozy atmosphere of home. We will share ideas and recipes to spend a wonderful convivial time with friends! (The proposed recipes will follow the seasonality of products and raw materials).

Andrea was amazing, it was his first time hosting this class and he knocked it out of the park. He welcomed us into his home and made us comfortable right away. We shared the experience with one other couple and it was easy to get along with them. Andrea provided us a step by step on how to get things started and progress through the meals. He was patient with everyone and was happy to share info and tidbits about Milan and his life. Highly recommend the class with Andrea!

I took a pasta and tiramisu class with Andrea on the last evening of my trip to Milan. This was an absolutely amazing experience and a highlight of my trip that I would recommend to anyone! Andrea welcomed me into his home and taught me to make tiramisu as well as two types of pasta, all of which we eventually ate as an extraordinary meal. Not only was he an excellent teacher, completely patient and making sure I understood and had mastered each step, but he also did this with such warmth and hospitality, sharing wine, horderves, and wonderful conversation along the way. I felt so lucky to have had this beautiful experience - and recommend it highly!!

We had a class with Andrea and it was nothing short of outstanding. Andrea made numerous dishes from hi personal recipes, shared wine with us and created a warm and comfortable setting. The only thing better than the foods we tasted was the fellowship. My wife and I recommend this experience if you’re visiting Milan.

We had an amazing experience with another couple and Andrea making pasta and tiramisu. Andrea made us feel very comfortable, like we were at home. He also provided very clear and simple instructions and encouraged us to participate and making the food that we eventually ate, which turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. Andrea is a wonderful host and I can’t recommend this event enough!

Memories, flavors, and authentic family traditions. My cuisine is simple and full of flavor, infused with the joy of sharing. I love discovering new things and meeting new people, and I believe that getting to know each other through a shared culinary experience makes the moment even more profound. In my dishes, I see the smiles of my grandmothers and my mother, as a child I watched the wisdom of their hands kneading. My recipes are genuine and blend tradition with my curiosity for tastes and experimental pairings, with a particularly strong connection to the place where I was born and raised: Valtellina. I wait for you!
