In the heart of Milan, we open our doors for a true 'family' Italian cooking class. In the kitchen, we will prepare a menu together that is linked to the local area, with meat dishes, fresh pasta, seasonal Italian vegetables and freshly baked pies. Ours is a traditional cuisine, made with fresh, unpreserved products, where the quality of the ingredients is at the heart of every lesson. We mainly use low-acidity extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed and sourced from small niche farms. Our two homes embody the pleasure of hospitality and cultural exchange: more than just a course, it is an intimate and convivial experience, where you learn by cooking, chatting and sharing a passion for Italian cuisine.

Mariagrazia e Giacoma
Cesarina from 2025Location: Milan (MI) Languages: Italian, English, FrenchWe are Gia and Francesca, two lifelong friends and Cesarine united by a deep passion for cooking. For years, we have been cooking together for friends and family, turning every culinary experience into a true moment of conviviality. Our backgrounds are different but complementary: one of us worked in tourism on a small Sicilian island, learning to appreciate and highlight the best of Mediterranean produce; the other, a language teacher and traveler, has enriched her taste through encounters with international cuisines and traditions. We love Lombard and Piedmontese cuisine, but we also bring flavors from Puglia, Naples, and Trentino, reflecting our roots. We welcome our guests in the heart of Milan’s Navigli district, in two nearby and well-connected apartments: one larger, ideal for groups, and one smaller and more creative, known as “the artist’s apartment.” Here, we share recipes, stories, and the genuine joy of dining together.
