You will be welcomed into a beautiful period house in one of Milan's most elegant neighborhoods, just a 10-minute walk from the Cenacolo Vinciano. The experience will begin with an aperitif of local products accompanied by a glass of prosecco. You will learn how to prepare "sagne 'ncannulate," a fresh pasta typical of Salento with a twisted shape, created by Salento housewives in honor of St. Joseph. This recipe, handed down by our family, will bring you the authentic flavors of tradition. Among music, merriment and good wine, we will conclude by preparing together a delicious tiramisu. A unique moment to experience and remember!

- Very warm welcome after a last-minute booking. Great experience steeped in Italian culture within a lovely, authentic setting. We had a lot of fun cooking typical and delicious dishes. Silvia is an enthusiastic host who enjoys sharing her love of Italian cuisine. We look forward to returning soon!
- We had a really great time with Silvia and Antonio. Our cooking class was in Silvia’s beautiful home. Their hospitality was fantastic. Antonio set about putting us to work in the kitchen starting with the Tiramisu as it needed to chill. Then we dived into making the Carbonara. The event concluded with us sitting together in her beautiful dinning room consuming the fantastic food and enjoying wonderful conversation. We would highly recommend this experience. - We had an unforgettable experience time at Antonio and Silvia's cooking class in their stunning historic home in the heart of Milan. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and lively atmosphere made us feel completely at home and ready to cook. Antonio is a truly exceptional chef and teacher. He guided us step by step through the preparation of saffron risotto and tiramisu', explaining each tecnique with clarity, patience and sense of humour. The food was delicious . We highly recommend this experience to any body visiting Milan.
