My cuisine is based on the simple and genuine recipes, from my family and the Milanese tradition. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.

- I had the most incredible and beautiful experience with Chef Enrico and his lovely wife Cristina! It was a day that I will always remember and cherish! Thank you for your generosity and allowing me to get a full Italian family experience with amazing food and company! I hope to return again to learn how to make a great pizza! The food we made was truly the best food I have ever tasted and the Italian restaurants are not as good as the food they taught us to prepare! I was a true Italian family member here! Love you both and will refer my American friends and family to you! Thank you for making my trip to Italy so special! Until we meet again!

Gli gnocchi sono venuti buonissimi e ci siamo divertite, facendo quattro chiacchiere con un calice di vino ad accompagnare. Non posso che consigliare quest'esperienza perché è stato tutto bellissimo, era un regalo per la mia ragazza ed è stato molto apprezzato. Grazie!
