Dear Pasta and Tiramisù Lovers, come to learn recipes to make your own pasta and delicious meals at home. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to prepare authentic pasta dishes and the traditional tiramisù dessert. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe booklet. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny we can eat on the balcony.
Suggested recipes: Tagliatelle sausages and zucchini (or other seasonable vegetable) Ravioli four cheeses

- My husband and I had a great time learning the traditional Milanese recipes from Enrico. We feel very confidant making this meal back at home for friends! The food was so delicious and Enrico and his wife were very friendly and inviting.
- We had a wonderful time with Enrico and Cristina, made all the more special because Enrico was able to accommodate a sulfite intolerance and share how to make his wonderful cuisine with beer instead of wine. Delicious!

They were very hospitable, sharing more than just food they shared stories, drinks, and recommendations. And the food tasted an amazing, our favorite meal we had and the experience learning how to make gnocchi was unforgettable. Overall it was amazing, I would recommend this experience to anyone!

I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
