Dear Pasta and Tiramisù Lovers, come to learn recipes to make your own pasta and delicious meals at home. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to prepare authentic pasta dishes and the traditional tiramisù dessert. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe booklet. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the recipes prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny we can eat on the balcony.
Suggested recipes: Tagliatelle sausages and zucchini (or other seasonable vegetable) Ravioli four cheeses

- Take. This. Class! Enrico and his wife are so welcoming and kind, and if you're interested in learning how to make pasta this is a must. My husband and I had been making pasta at home for awhile, but relied on a cook book to teach us. While the book has some great recipes and *tells* you how to make pasta, after our class with Enrico it's clear that nothing beats learning from a pro. I was always so concerned that every step had to be perfect, but when we messed up he told us (me, haha) there's no need to stress about it. And he was right, everything turned out wonderful—and we learned some great new shapes and techniques at the same time. It was a wonderful experience and we'd recommend it for everyone!

We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
