Settle at the welcoming tables of the Cesarine to savor forgotten recipes, guarded and passed down from generation to generation.
During this cooking course you will learn to prepare 3 recipes: a typical starter from my area, a dish of fresh pasta, and a dessert. Under my guidance, you will learn to make the dough, to roll out the pasta sheet, and to prepare fresh pasta following my family's recipes. Fresh pasta with the addition of saffron has a particular flavor, it pairs well with the delicate zucchini flowers and the soft peach cake, in short, an orange menu to prepare together from my kitchen with a view!

- We were gifted this voucher and decided to try Sissi’s cuisine! An excellent choice! 15 minutes from the Duomo, a wonderful person and a menu representing perfect Milanese cuisine, which included: Veal liver pâté with crostini Milanese saffron risotto Milanese meatballs with green sauce And a bottle of Prosecco. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere; we will definitely return, perhaps with friends. Thank you again.
- In all the recipes there’s the secret ingredient. Thanks to Sissi’s skill and expert teachings, risotto alla milanese and mondeghili no longer hold any secrets for me and my wife. Impeccable hospitality and the possibility of dining on a terrace overlooking the Madonnina made everything even more special and Milanese for our Anniversary. Highly recommended experience and one to be repeated. Thank you Sissi from Chicco and Irene. PS - The cherry on top of the very good sbrisolona cake? The unplanned meeting with her charming husband Daniele.
