Our group had a wonderful experience in Claudia’s home with her husband Francesco. They were both a delight and treated us like family. First we shopped in the charming village of Spoleto for our ingredients which was informative and really fun. Then on to Claudia and Francesco’s home to cook a delicious white ragu with Pappardelle pasta. It was very fun making the pasta as I have never done that before. We also had a delicious antipasto plate of local sausage and two different types of bruschetta. It was all fabulous and made even better by the charming hosts Claudia and Francesco. I would definitely recommend and visit again! Oh and Mamas cake and coffee was the perfect ending to our meal.

Claudia and Francesco were the prefect hosts for our shopping in Spoleto for the coming class in their home. We learned a lot about the cooking, loved making pasta for the first time and the meal was delicious! The best part was visiting with them and learning about their lives and sharing ours!

It was a huge pleasure cooking with Marco, just like with a friend. We visited Marco twice; the first time for fresh pasta with Cacio e Pepe, and the second time for gnocchi and tiramisu, which were delicious. We also prepared various bruschettas for the appetizer, and Marco had baked a shortcrust pastry cake with quince and apples. They were two wonderful evenings, and we also got to meet Marco's wife Michaela and her sister Grazia. Marco is very warm and helpful; he printed out the recipes for us and gave us many tips on cooking, shopping, and eating out. When we are in Rome next time, we will definitely cook with Marco again.
