Dear Pizza lovers, come and learn recipes for making your own pizza at home as at a restaurant. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to make authentic pizza and traditional tiramisu. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe book. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the pizzas prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny, we can eat on the balcony.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Enrico and Cristina, who created a cozy and inviting atmosphere with their passion and hospitality. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect pasta. And as the cherry on top, we also made a delicious tiramisu. The guidance was excellent, the ingredients were fresh, and the entire experience felt like we were part of an Italian family for a day. And then the best part: sitting down together and enjoying our own creations with a lovely glass of wine. It was not only educational but also incredibly fun and enjoyable. Las recetas, comidas que hemos preparado, Enrico nos explicó con mucha paciencia y exactitud. Las comidas han salido deliciosad, con ingredientes de alta calidad. We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
