Dear Pizza lovers, come and learn recipes for making your own pizza at home as at a restaurant. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to make authentic pizza and traditional tiramisu. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe book. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the pizzas prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny, we can eat on the balcony.

- Enrico was AMAZING!! Him and his wife were so welcoming and so informative. I felt like I came over to a family men’s eta home and had the best time. Learning new recipes was amazing and the food tasted amazing. We had a group of 5 of us and it was our favorite experience here in Milan. Can’t wait to come back and do it again.
- Enrico and Cristina were magnificent hosts!!! On top of learning to cook the best oso bucco and risotto I've ever had, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and so much fun to be around. I felt like we were all family, in the best way. 1000% recommend anyone to book a class. It exceeded or expectations and will be a lasting memory of our time in Milan.
- Enrico and Cristina were lovely hosts and very friendly. We cooked 3 pasta’s from scratch under Enrico instruction. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about pasta, explaining the rationale of different steps. The most enjoyable part was the lovely conversation with Enrico and Christina. We ended up staying an hour after the lesson just chatting. I would highly recommend.
- We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in the cozy home of Enrico and Christina to learn how to make authentic Italian Pasta. Enrico was very warm, welcoming, funny and a great cooking teacher. The pasta was so easy to make and so delicious to eat. Highly recommend this experience!!

We will cook with local and seasonal ingredients. My passion is for first courses and would love to cook with you fresh pasta , pizza, a delightful risotto and a super tiramisu’. I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
