Tiramisu
Dear Pizza lovers, come and learn recipes for making your own pizza at home as at a restaurant. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to make authentic pizza and traditional tiramisu. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe book. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the pizzas prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny, we can eat on the balcony.
This is a great cooking class for beginners or excellent cooks. Enrico welcomes you into his home, explains how to make three players, helps you mix the pasta flight and teaches toyota how to prepare a variety of shapes. Then everyone gets a timer to prepare the sauces. Once all is complete b lunch is served in a beautiful setting in his wonderful home.

Enrico was amazing!! He welcomed us into his home and we had a wonderful afternoon cooking with him and his wife. The food was all delicious and we will definitely be making them at home. We highly recommend cooking with Enrico!

The time spent with Enrico was great. During the walk through the market we learnt a lot about local products. The menu we cooked together was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely lunch on the balcony.

This was my first time in Italy and I was looking forward to taking a cooking class. This is not just a cooking class, it is an amazing, wonderful experience. Enrico and his wife Christina are lovely people who made you feel welcomed in their home. Enrico is hilarious, energetic, and made this a wonderful memory. He made learning how to make Osobucco con risotto, and tiramisu dessert easy and fun. I will not forget his comment when I asked how much butter? He would say with a big smile “as much as you want”. He is an excellent teacher, detailed and never rushed us. We were provided with the recipes and a gift of learning the art of Milanese cuisine. The food was delicious, after cooking we all sat together at the end to eat and drink.

This course was an amazing experience. Enrico is a talented chef and a skillful teacher. I learned a lot about risotto and cooking in general. What I take home will make my life better and I will always think of Milan.
The strawberry risotto was an entirely new experience for me. I’ve never had a dish like that before, and Enrico helped me think about how the technique is generalizable to other kinds of fruit.
In addition to an enjoyable time cooking, I also liked chatting with Enrico and Christina. They are lovely people and their home was comfortable and warm.
