Dear Pizza lovers, come and learn recipes for making your own pizza at home as at a restaurant. During the cooking class I will show and guide you to learn how to make authentic pizza and traditional tiramisu. Each participant will have the necessary tools, an apron and a recipe book. After the cooking class we will enjoy our lunch or dinner with the pizzas prepared together, Italian wine, water and coffee. If the weather is sunny, we can eat on the balcony.

- We had the best time with Enrico and Christina! Enrico took us to a huge super market with so much choice. He explained us how he picks the best vegetables meats and pasta. We then came back to his home where we met Christina and we helped cook lunch. Lunch itself felt just like being guests at Enrico and Christina's home. Enrico coordinated with us in advance the menu so it would suit our vegetarian son, which was awesome too. Thanks Enrico and Christina for a great Saturday!

I can offer the experiences with vegan and vegetarian alternatives, just let me know. After cooking we will enjoy our recipes and good wine at my home possibly on my nice terrace.
