: Last night we went to Giacomo's house to make fresh pasta. Giacomo was an excellent host and a great cooking teacher for the 3 hours we spent together. We cooked with him and then ate the delicious tagliatelle together. It was a fun and pleasant experience. Giacomo was super welcoming and kind. I recommend it to everyone.
: Giacomo was a gracious host as well as an enthusiastic and patient teacher. The dishes we prepared were simple and delicious. Definitely something that you can take away and make at home.
: Had a fantastic time cooking with Giancomo—what put it over the top was his knowledge and history of the area on the way to the market; time spent at the market and then the cooking class itself in his home—sharing of tips to have the best results and sitting down and sharing a table at the end. Highly recommend Giancomo!
: Giacomo was in touch before the tour to find if we had allergies or any food we didn’t like. On the day of the tour, it was pouring rain all day, freezing & there were puddles everywhere not ideal for a walking tour. Instead of canceling, he wanted us to have the food experience so he offered a warm, clean, dry home to come to and he cooked a spectacular dinner for my son & I. He chose all different foods from the Milan region. It was truly a wonderful evening after battling the rain all day. I highly recommend him.
