My name is Elisabeth, I was born in South Tyrol and have been living in Milan for many years. My cooking brings together these two worlds: Alpine traditions and the great classics of Lombard cuisine.I cook with care and precision, respecting seasonality and the quality of ingredients, but above all with the desire to welcome guests into my home in the heart of Milan. I love preparing focaccia, fresh pasta, and risottos, as well as traditional Milanese dishes such as ossobuco and homemade desserts. Alongside these, I also serve Italian recipes from both land and sea, inspired by different regions, because every local cuisine tells a unique story.For me, the table is all about sharing: telling the story of a place through its flavors and making every guest feel at home.
