Hi from Valentina!

My name is Valentina Casadei, and I'm an architect with a deep passion for cooking. I love hosting people at my place and creating special atmospheres to give a few hours of happiness and carefreeness. I live in Milan, but I'm originally from Ravenna, so my cuisine is strongly influenced by the Romagnola tradition. I enjoy starting the evening with a casual standing aperitivo, offering good wine accompanied by appetizers and the essential piadina with cured meats, cheeses, and savory pies. My go-to dishes include cappelletti in broth or with ragù, passatelli in broth, boiled meatballs, and desserts like mascarpone or chocolate tart.
