Cooking, for me, is love: I have been cooking with my grandmother since I was very young, and over time I have refined my skills, expanding my knowledge and interests. For me, cooking means sharing and spending meaningful moments together.I love making sweet and savory leavened doughs, especially pizza, and I also attend training courses to keep improving. I also enjoy traditional dishes from Abruzzo and Marche, because they always take me back home in my mind and help me strengthen my bond with my roots.
