Join me for a day of authentic Italian cooking! Together, we'll prepare two great classics of the tradition: fresh tagliatelle and ravioli. We'll start by harvesting vegetables from our garden, taking advantage of the seasonal produce to select the freshest and most flavorful ingredients for our fillings and sauces.

Once we've made and cooked the pasta, we'll move on to creating an irresistible dessert: a creamy and velvety mascarpone cream, served on a biscuit base and topped with fresh strawberries or homemade strawberry jam.

This culinary journey will not only delight your taste buds but also allow you to discover the secrets of Italian cooking in a warm and family-friendly environment.
