Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

I welcome you to my home in Turate for a cooking class dedicated to Italy’s most beloved desserts in a glass. During the class, you’ll learn how to make coffee and cocoa tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, and strawberry panna cotta, all served in glasses to create a little flavor tour to taste… and to recreate at home for friends and family!

Step by step, I’ll guide you through crispy biscuit bases, fluffy creams, and fruit toppings, in a warm and friendly environment… just like being at home. At the end of the class, you’ll be able to recreate these desserts in your own kitchen like a true Italian pastry chef and surprise your loved ones with beautiful and delicious desserts.
