In this traditional cooking class, we will explore the wonderful world of fresh pasta starting with two simple ingredients: flour and eggs. We will use our hands and patience to create a dish rich in Italian tradition. Each participant will have a personal workstation and a rolling pin to learn how to roll out the dough and prepare the tagliatelle. At the end of the experience, we will share and taste our delicious creation, accompanied by an excellent local wine.
