Step into my kitchen and let yourself be enveloped by the scent of tradition.

Together we’ll make tagliatelle with ragù just as they used to: hands in the flour, the dough rolled out with care, and the pleasure of creating something authentic with simplicity. I’ll guide you step by step through this traditional cooking class, as we explore the wonderful world of fresh pasta starting with two simple ingredients: flour and eggs. We’ll use our hands and patience to create a dish steeped in Italian tradition. Each participant will have their own workstation and a rolling pin to learn how to roll out the dough and prepare the tagliatelle. At the end of the experience, we’ll share and taste our delicious creation, all accompanied by an excellent local wine.

I remember the Sundays of my childhood when there was always something new to learn in the kitchen: fresh pasta, potato gnocchi, pesto, pizza, meatballs... Then creating (very soon) a family, I was able to experiment and perfect classic dishes, but also recipes never tasted in my parents' house. This adventure was born first of all from the passion for cooking, but also from the desire to meet people with whom to share the excellence of Italian food and wine."
