We'll spend our day both amid nature and at the stove: together, we'll select the finest ingredients from the hydroponic garden and then prepare dishes inspired by our local centenarians in my kitchen. We'll dine on my sea-facing terrace, immersed in the scent of geraniums and the tang of the sea breeze on our skin.
