Annamaria has loved cooking since she was a girl and when she reunites her large family, she cooks dishes rich in irresistible aromas and flavors. She loves to get together with friends and share her favorite menus based on meat and fish, the latter often caught by her with her husband. In the winter months, you can find it in its countryside location, a beautiful villa with garden and large outdoor patio, but also a nice fireplace inside, where you can eat in the warmth of wood. During the summer you can find it on the Island of Giglio, in Tuscany. An enchanting place that needs no introduction, on a terrace overlooking the sea, with its Faraglione in front of it and the view of Montecristo, Corsica and the island of Elba. In this location you can enjoy appetizers, first courses and second courses of fresh fish and drink excellent wine in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets in Italy. What an absolute amazing experience! Annamaria and her husband were exceptional hosts. We started with an aperitivo on their balcony overlooking the sunset and then we dove straight into making the pasta. The food was amazing, the company fantastic and we had a great time! Thank you so much for all your effort and sharing a piece of your world and your home with us! Grazie mille!

A fantastic experience with fantastic food, scenery, and people! It feels like a meal with family or friends. You learn how to make tonarelli pasta from scratch with easy to remember ingredients and steps. It's cooked with freshly caught fish they catch themselves and you end the meal with tiramisu you made only hours ago. We will definitely be making pasta at home with fond memories of this!

This was our first experience and thanks to Annamaria it won't be our last! If the Cesarine’s goal is to make us feel at home, allowing us to savor traditional dishes and feel pampered like our grandmother used to do, well... Anna, Lucio and Amina hit the mark right away. We didn't even have time to feel the initial embarrassment of entering strangers' homes; the welcome was familiar from the parking lot, with Lucio, the Cesarina’s husband, waiting for us in the cold along with Amina, the sweetest little dog in the house. It’s not easy to explain how natural this experience turned out to be. Anna welcomed us with a rich and genuine appetizer, with excellent quality local ingredients. Moving on to the first course, homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms they picked themselves in Trentino, as they do every year. Well, what can I say, I could have eaten it endlessly! Not to mention the grilled trio, excellent, top-quality meat with roasted potatoes and wild chicory. They accompanied us at the end of the culinary evening with a tart, naturally made by her, which I would eat even right now while I'm writing. We can't find a flaw in this evening, two special people, we felt like we were at a dinner with friends and the emotions you feel in these circumstances are worth the whole experience.
