- An evening among friends in a wonderful location, the terrace where you eat with an unparalleled view of the gulf. Annamaria and Lucio, the stars of the evening, delighted us with their numerous sublime fish dishes accompanied by a selection of excellent wines. Thank you for making the evening unforgettable.
- This was our first experience and thanks to Annamaria it won't be our last! If the Cesarine’s goal is to make us feel at home, allowing us to savor traditional dishes and feel pampered like our grandmother used to do, well... Anna, Lucio and Amina hit the mark right away. We didn't even have time to feel the initial embarrassment of entering strangers' homes; the welcome was familiar from the parking lot, with Lucio, the Cesarina’s husband, waiting for us in the cold along with Amina, the sweetest little dog in the house. It’s not easy to explain how natural this experience turned out to be. Anna welcomed us with a rich and genuine appetizer, with excellent quality local ingredients. Moving on to the first course, homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms they picked themselves in Trentino, as they do every year. Well, what can I say, I could have eaten it endlessly! Not to mention the grilled trio, excellent, top-quality meat with roasted potatoes and wild chicory. They accompanied us at the end of the culinary evening with a tart, naturally made by her, which I would eat even right now while I'm writing. We can't find a flaw in this evening, two special people, we felt like we were at a dinner with friends and the emotions you feel in these circumstances are worth the whole experience. - It was wonderful, a feeling like being at friends' home. Great instructions and great ingredients, Anna Maria and her husband fish the cooked fish themselves. All in all, a unique experience that I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone! Bonus: the wonderful view over the bay of Campese from the terrace 🥰 Thank you for an exceptional experience!
- What a surprise!! To start, Lucio, Annamaria's husband, came to pick us up in the car!! The terrace: a scene straight out of a DOVE magazine cover. We are in the highest point of Giglio Campese. To the left you can see the Faraglione overlooking the gulf and in front of us the Medici Tower. Dinner: after the first 10 minutes with Annamaria and Lucio, aided by a bottle of excellent sparkling wine, we switched to using "tu" (informal you) with each other… It felt like dinner with old friends! The menu: the well-paced succession of hot and raw fish appetizers definitely surprised us. First and second courses were perfectly in line with everything else – delicious. The perfect ending to a wonderful vacation. A heartfelt thank you to Annamaria and Lucio.
- Being on vacation on Giglio with my grandson, I wanted to book a dinner with Cesarina Anna Maria, especially after the very positive comments from my children who had experienced this in May. My expectations were not disappointed: very fresh fish, cooked and presented excellently; a delightful terrace with a view of Campese Bay; welcoming and attentive hosts who managed to make even the child feel comfortable. A very positive experience to be repeated and recommended.

She loves to get together with friends and share her favorite menus based on meat and fish, the latter often caught by her with her husband. In the winter months, you can find it in its countryside location, a beautiful villa with garden and large outdoor patio, but also a nice fireplace inside, where you can eat in the warmth of wood. During the summer you can find it on the Island of Giglio, in Tuscany. An enchanting place that needs no introduction, on a terrace overlooking the sea, with its Faraglione in front of it and the view of Montecristo, Corsica and the island of Elba. In this location you can enjoy appetizers, first courses and second courses of fresh fish and drink excellent wine in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets in Italy.
