My home is located right in the heart of Orbetello, just steps away from the lagoon where you can enjoy a stunning sunset.

: We had a fabulous time cooking with Silvia!!! She was an excellent cook and so knowledgeable about the food we prepared and the area where it originated. She was such a gracious host. Thank you for making our experience memorable!!!
: First of all, Silvia was EXTREMELY gracious with me when I missed our scheduled cooking class. I completely confused the dates and Silvia was amazingly patient, understanding, and accommodating. We were able to have our cooking class the next day. My boyfriend and I LOVED our cooking class with Silvia (and her sweet angel of a mother) and it was one of the best part of our trip. Silvia and her mother were the sweetest hostesses and extremely personable. They were concerned about ensuring we felt right at home. We used Google Translate as a way of communicating since our Italian is non-existent. The dishes that were made were definitely different with a few recipes we took away with us that we will try to recreate. Overall, it's not something you'll regret!
: When we arrived at Sylvia her house we started the evening with some great chosen Prosecco. And some great anti pasta! Just to get to know each other. Then we went into the kitchen, we learned how to make ravioli! With a nice filling of spinach and ricotta, something I will make at home for sure. Then we went on to the tiramisu which was a more summery (as it’s september atm) edition. Not the classic one. It was amazing, one of the best desserts we ever had in our life!!!! It was with berries and we will make this in NL for Christmas!!! During the whole evening we felt very welcome at the place of Sylvia, she and her mom are two very caretaking people. That is what you need when you want to cook! Highly recommended when you want to learn the Maremma cookingskills!! Big thank you!

: We and our dog enjoyed the dinner. From the first moment on our hosts Silvia and Riccardo have been very nice friendly. The food was great and we could help a little bit by making the pasta. It was a great evening
