I was a restaurateur for many years, and my passion for cooking was passed down to me by my mother, who taught me to appreciate authentic flavors and homemade food. I love making fresh pasta and homemade sauces, just as they used to be made. Cooking gives me great satisfaction, and I love sharing my passion for traditional cuisine and the flavors of my homeland, Orbetello.

- Silvia and her husband were amazing! They welcomed us into their home and gave us insight into life in Orbetello. We learned how to make 3 dishes in a relaxing and enjoyable way. Silvia was funny and taught us well. We can definitely recreate these dishes when we get home.
