I was a restaurateur for many years, and my passion for cooking was passed down to me by my mother, who taught me to appreciate authentic flavors and homemade food. I love making fresh pasta and homemade sauces, just as they used to be made. Cooking gives me great satisfaction, and I love sharing my passion for traditional cuisine and the flavors of my homeland, Orbetello.
