Cooking, for me, is memory before technique — the scent of hand-rolled pasta, the slow simmer of a Sunday sauce, recipes scrawled on yellowed notes that already smell like home. I grew up between my grandmother's and mother's stove, and from them I learned that cooking is an act of love: for the people you cook for, for the land the ingredients come from, for the tradition you carry forward. Homemade pasta is my great passion — every shape tells a story, every dough is a ritual. My cuisine is Tuscan at heart: simple, authentic, deeply rooted in the territory.
