Francesca

I’m Francesca, and for me cooking is first and foremost about family, memories and sharing. I have chosen to carry on the recipes of Tuscan tradition that have always been part of my story, with special attention to authentic flavors and conviviality. During this experience, I can also count on the help of my family: my mother Franca in the kitchen, my father Franco with his stories about the local area, and my sister Benedetta with welcoming and organization. It all stems from the legacy of my grandmother, a wonderful cook who passed on to us her love for good food and her dream of cooking for others. Today I want to carry that dream forward by opening the doors of my home and sharing the flavors, stories and traditions of our Tuscany with my guests.
