I have always cooked. I have always seen cooking done by my grandmothers, aunts, and my mother. It's part of my nature. I cook in accordance with tradition. I love hosting loved ones at my table. I adore tables that are good and beautiful. Traditional and refined.

Had the most amazing afternoon at Grazia’s cooking class. Location was perfect, hospitality was excellent and of course the food was 10/10. We made 3 different courses and cooked with local, seasonal produce which was delicious. Grazia’s partner Francesco provided transfers to/from the train station & gave us an in-depth overview of the history of the area which was an added bonus! Overall, Grazia truly went above and beyond to make the experience as authentic as it could be. This cooking class was the biggest highlight of our trip to Italy and we could not recommend high enough!
