Nestled among the rolling hills that glide toward the sea, we will have the opportunity to discover and enjoy together the dishes handed down by family tradition. Respecting the rhythm of the seasons, we will be able to delight the palate with tasty stocco fish alla ghiotta, fragrant Tropea onion fritters, stuffed artichokes and sun-dried tomato pate crostini. Or, if you prefer, we can opt for fiorilli fritters and succulent peperonata. All will be accompanied by the tasting of excellent local wines. We will conclude this culinary experience by preparing the ancient cookies, stracetti, to be enjoyed with an artisanal lemon liqueur from the garden or licorice. You will be welcomed into a home that offers breathtaking views.
Had the most amazing afternoon at Grazia’s cooking class. Location was perfect, hospitality was excellent and of course the food was 10/10. We made 3 different courses and cooked with local, seasonal produce which was delicious. Grazia’s partner Francesco provided transfers to/from the train station & gave us an in-depth overview of the history of the area which was an added bonus! Overall, Grazia truly went above and beyond to make the experience as authentic as it could be. This cooking class was the biggest highlight of our trip to Italy and we could not recommend high enough!
