Hi from Ilenia!

Hello! I absolutely love cooking for friends and family! I often prepare local and traditional dishes, such as game from our area and products from the forest, like asparagus and mushrooms. I’m passionate about baking, especially bread, pastries, and cookies. I also enjoy making pasta from scratch, whether it's with or without eggs, always handmade! I love hosting lunches and dinners, but even more, I enjoy creating endless buffets where everyone can taste and enjoy as much as they like. I also like to experiment with new cuisines, both from other regions of Italy and from around the world. I even try my hand at cooking seafood!
