"The passion for cooking was passed on by my mother. I love cooking for my family and my guests, meeting the needs of every diner. I love the contact with nature, during my long walks I collect herbs and spices to use in my recipes. I take care of a vegetable garden in my garden, to always have fresh and seasonal products. In my garden there is a large pergola and in summer the wisteria gives shade and an intense scent."

Loved my experience with Nicolina. Was made to feel completely at home and part of the family, which was as special as the actual cooking part. Would highly recommend anyone take advantage of an opportunity to spend an evening (or afternoon) with her!
