I’m Carmen, and cooking is my great passion. I love preparing traditional Salento dishes using fresh, genuine ingredients, many of which are grown by my family. Every recipe has its own story, deep roots in the past, and connections to the traditions of our land, and it’s a true pleasure for me to share them while cooking.I enjoy sharing with guests not only the flavors, but also the curiosities, secrets, and gestures that make each dish special. I believe that food is a unique way to connect with the culture and stories of a community, and every cooking experience becomes a journey through the aromas, colors, and stories of a land rich in traditions.
