I invite you to my home in Otranto, a stone's throw from the sea and the historic center, for a culinary experience dedicated to the flavors of the sea. Together we will prepare three traditional dishes: marinated anchovies, octopus meatballs, and mussels au gratin, simple recipes that are rich in flavor. During the lesson, I will share interesting facts, ingredients, and secrets of local seafood cuisine, all accompanied by a good Salento wine. We will then enjoy our dishes in my large garden in an authentic and convivial atmosphere.
