I invite you to my home in Otranto, just a stone’s throw from the sea and the historic centre, for a culinary experience dedicated to the flavours of the sea. Together we’ll prepare three traditional dishes: bread balls, battered vegetables and homemade pasta – simple recipes that are full of flavour. During the class, I’ll share interesting facts, ingredients and secrets of local seafood cuisine, all accompanied by a fine glass of Salento wine. We’ll then enjoy our dishes in my spacious garden in an authentic and convivial atmosphere.
