Masseria Stali is a countryside agriturismo with a historic farm, where hospitality, authentic cuisine, and artisanal production come together. With comfortable accommodations, a restaurant, olive mill, winery, vegetable garden, and wood-fired oven, every corner tells the story of the region. For nearly 20 years, we have offered unique experiences celebrating local traditions and specialties. Guests can take part in cooking classes ranging from fresh pasta and frisa to garden-to-table dishes, or enjoy tours focused on olive oil with tastings along the entire production process, as well as wine tastings, with the winery currently being completed. Special evenings, such as the Pizzica Dinner or Vineyard Festival, turn every visit into an unforgettable occasion, while wellness activities—from Agripilates to the Breathing Path on the Serra—offer moments of true relaxation. For schools, the masseria becomes an educational space where students can explore and connect with agricultural culture. Every experience concludes with a tasting of the products created, customizable according to guests’ preferences, allowing visitors to fully savor the flavors of the land.
