    Live happy and carefree moments discovering and enjoying with me the typical and traditional dishes of Salento, of which I will tell you the history and origins, the evolution, the revisiting in search of the new and the return to the ancient cuisine of grandmothers. In some cases still unattainable for me. Because everything I have learned in the kitchen and that I prepare always has the same starting point...my grandmothers and the love of good food. On my table will never lack handmade orecchiette and then bread and focaccia, vegetables, local cheeses and a good dessert. Following the seasons, of course. As grandmothers did.

    What a fun and educational experience we had making Pasticciotto Leccese with Francesca! She is such a nice person and we learned how to make these favorite pastries of Lecce. Thank you very much for sharing your cooking talents.

    Our evening with Francesca & her daughter was great! We learned about the local ingredients and method for making orecchiette and macaroni pasta.
