- Francesca is an amazing host. We learnt how to make orecchiette and focaccia. For three hours we cooked and chatted and time flew by. It was a wonderfully genuine Italian cooking experience. Her daughters joined us also for lunch and made us feel so very much at home. Wonderful people!
- Beautifully done and a real authentic experience in Francesca’s home. Very welcoming and Francesca does a good job teaching the technical and artistic aspects of making pasta and one side dish. I learned so much about real Italian ingredients and regional wines.
- We had the best experience of learning the whole process of making pizza. Francesca was really patient with us, we had so many questions in general and she has taught us a lot of things. Overall our experience was best.

- Francesca very patiently taught our 3 kids (ages 8, 11, and 13) how to make focaccia and orecchiette and macaroni. The kids loved kneading dough and making shapes. She is very sweet and speaks good English! Lunch was lovely and it was interesting to be in a real home. Highly recommend, especially to families!
