"We live in an area rich in excellent raw materials, which is why we can afford to always be creative in the food shopping we do. Since we stopped working, we moved to the countryside in a family house built in 1800, where we have a rich orchard and we have fun preparing organic jams of all tastes. In winter we use the dining room, while in summer we organize dinners in the large garden."

: We had a wonderful experience at Cesarine. The garden setting was perfect and to top it off, there was a full moon that evening! The menu was diverse and tasty. Carlo and Giusy were wonderful hosts. We would have liked to be more involved with the prep of the dinner rather than observing. We wouldn't describe it as a cooking class. Overall it was a memorable experience.
