"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food"What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.

- We had a superb food and wine tour with Lucia. She was very responsive with her communication, her English was very good, she was on time and extremely informative. She explained everything at the market and at all the stops along the way. We had a truly fantastic visit and meal at the country house hosted by Lucia and the lovely homeowners. Thank you for a great day.
- We had the most wonderful experience with two lovely ladies, Lucia and Chiara, who warmly welcomed us into their home for a truly memorable cooking lesson. We learnt how to make two different types of pasta from scratch, as well as a delicious tiramisu. But what made the experience so special was the warmth and hospitality of these two wonderful women. They went above and beyond to make us feel completely welcome and at home. Lucia’s passion and pride for her Puglian culture, traditions and cooking were absolutely infectious. At one point, she even played the tambourine, a traditional Puglian instrument, and sang for us — a beautiful and unforgettable moment! It felt like so much more than a cooking class. It was an opportunity to share food, stories, laughter and culture with two incredibly warm and genuine people. Thank you, Lucia and Chiara, for opening your home and your hearts to us.
