"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food"What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.

- We had the most amazing experience. Lucia is wonderful. She goes extra to make an experience very fun. This was one of our favorite days!! We cannot rate their hospitality and knowledge. We were welcomed with delicious wine and appetizers. Everything was absolutely delicious! We laughed a lot, made pasta and tiramisu and laughed a lot more. - Der Abend bei Lucia und Paolo war wunderbar! Wir haben nun gelernt wie man Orecchiette & Co. selbst hinkriegt und freuen uns, das Wissen für zu Hause anzuwenden. Lucia ist eine charmante und herzliche Gastgeberin und das Abendessen wie auch das tiramisu molto Italian e simplicamente fantastico - mille grazie!
- We hebben een heel leuke avond gehad. We hebben 2 soorten pasta gemaakt en een heerlijke tiramisu. Lucia en de gastheren waren heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Dankjewel!
- Good food, great fun and even better hostess. We have been traveling through Croatia and Puglia for nearly a month and have had many wonderful experiences. This cooking lesson will remain on the top of our adventures. It's all about the people you meet and Lucia is one of the best. She is a magnificent ambassador for Cesarine. We highly recommend her cooking class.
