Join me for a unique culinary experience where I will reveal all the secrets to preparing these delicious dishes. You will learn how to make fresh orecchiette and maccheroncini, as well as a classic tiramisu, to offer these specialties in the comfort of your own home.
The event will begin with a welcome drink, featuring local products and a good glass of local wine. And to make the day even more special, there will be a surprise to take home! Fun is guaranteed as we immerse ourselves in local culinary traditions. I look forward to sharing our passion for cooking with you!

- An absolutely wonderful day with Lucia! She was a superb host showing us around the market on the morning. Allowing us to look at all the sites and interact with the locals and trying some special treats at the market. We then had an afternoon coffee at a local bar with some sweet treats to give us all the energy for the pasta making. We the. Learned how to make typical Apulian paste in two forms and learned how to make a traditional simple tomato sauce with the ingredients we bought at the market. And to top it all off we made tiramisu from scratch because you can’t have a pasta with out the dolce. Overall, 10/10 experience for the authenticity and how wonderful Lucia was to us. Grazie ancora Lucia e spero che ci vediamo a presto.

She explained everything at the market and at all the stops along the way. We had a truly fantastic visit and meal at the country house hosted by Lucia and the lovely homeowners.
