You can't miss a traditional classic: pittule, fluffy balls of fried dough, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This mix of flavors and tradition will transport you to the heart of Salento. I'm waiting for you!
Unique and very beautiful experience. Lucia with her passion for cooking and the traditions of Salento, prepared excellent dishes to taste.
It was nice to be able to knead the orecchiette and then eat them.
See you next time

"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food" What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.
