An unforgettable, interesting, and very fun experience. We didn't just learn how to cook; we also learned about traditions, culture, music, and customs. Lucia and Paolo are great hosts. I highly recommend it.

Lucia gave us an unforgettable pasta-making course. From the moment the front door opened, you felt like part of the family. A very warm, personal, and educational experience! We will always hold this morning in our hearts and the pasta in our stomachs 😉🥰 Thank you Lucia and Paolo, it was simply perfect!!

I had a fantastic cooking class with Lucia and Paulo on May 18, 2026. Lucia took me to the market to buy some vegetables and then to the bakery to buy some more stuff to prepare for our lunch. I even go to meet her grandparents and her Mom. What a treat!!! I learned to make pasta, grilled eggplant stuffed with tuna, and she serve many other local dishes. For dessert she introduced me to a refreshing iced coffee with almond milk (sweet) which is now my favorite beverage. It’s called Leccese Sofiatto. The pasta dish was in fresh tomato sauce which was delicious yet simple to make from scratch. The whole experience was amazing and wonderful because it was nice and casual just like visiting locals in their home. I highly recommend Lucia’s Cooking Class!!!

We all had so much fun with Lucia. She is a wonderful teacher and host. Our meal was absolutely delicious too! We cannot wait to try making pasta and tiramisu at home! Grazie mille!

Fantastic experience! Lucia explained all the techniques thoroughly, both modern and traditional “grandmother-style” ones. Even two beginners like me and my friend managed to prepare three types of pasta and a tiramisu, and everything was absolutely delicious. Lucia was very passionate about the traditions and style of local cuisine, and it was clear she cooked with love. I would recommend her to anyone, regardless of their cooking experience level.

"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food" What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.
