Lucia was wonderful and I truly enjoyed her cooking class making pasta and learning all about the different foods in Puglia. She took me to the farmers market to buy some vegetables, to the bakery to get some focaccia and other treats. It was a lovely private class in her home and her boyfriend Paola joined in to cook too. The pasta dish with fresh tomatoes and cheese were delicious along with the Caffe Leccese, Rustico, Taralli, Focaccia and much more. Paolo even entertained me with his Tamborine while Lucia sang a local folk song. What a wonderful experience to witness all this local authentic Puglia memories. Thank you Lucia and Paolo for a wonderful cooking class of making pasta and dining lunch with you. I miss you both; you were so welcoming, entertaining and great "chefs." Thank you so much for also introducing me to your beautiful Mother and Grandparents. I will forever cherish this experience with you both.

An unforgettable, interesting, and very fun experience. We didn't just learn how to cook; we also learned about traditions, culture, music, and customs. Lucia and Paolo are great hosts. I highly recommend it.

"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food" What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.
