Our menu will begin with a crostino of durum wheat bread, topped with fresh cherry tomatoes and seasonal arugula. We will then move on to the preparation of fresh pasta in two formats: fresh spaghetti made with durum wheat flour and dressed with a tomato and basil sauce and "cavatelli pugliesi" dressed with a ragout of seasonal vegetables. Finally, we will taste together everything you have prepared, accompanied by local wine and water. We will end with a good coffee, for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.
